Ebbene si E' TUTTO VERO!
Il 27 Novembre 2007, il ristorante del nostro Chef Mauro Elli, colui che ci ha trovato il posto di lavoro qui in Scozia....ha ottenuto UNA STELLA MICHELIN!!!!!
Il Ristorante si chiama "Il Cantuccio" ed è situato ad Albavilla in provincia di Como!
Io (Riki) ho avuto la possibilità di lavorarci e devo dire che è stata una esperienza unica.
Riteniamo giusto elogiare lo Chef Mauro Elli perchè è una persona Unica e questo successo è più che meritato!!!
Complimenti vivissimi a lui e a tutto lo staff che ha contribuito alla conquista della preziosa STELLA...

On 27th november 2007 our chef Mauro Elli restaurant, who has got a job for us here in Scotland, GOT A MICHELIN STAR!
The restaurant name is "Il cantuccio" and is located in Albavilla near Como.
I (Riki) have had the opportunity to work in his restaurant and I can only say that has been a unique experience.
We just praise the chef Mauro Elli because is a very good Man and this success is more that deserved!
Warm congratulations to him and all the staff who contributed to the conquest of this precious STAR!

Le congratulazioni anche da parte mia. Ho cenato al "Cantuccio" di Albavilla dello Chef Mauro Elli (una cena offerta da mio figlio Richi) e voglio dire ai lettori di questo blog che ho mangiato DIVINAMENTE !!!!
